Fenira is a UK-based private investment company focused on acquiring and owning established, owner-managed businesses over the long term.
We work with founders who are considering succession, partial step-back, or a thoughtful transition to new ownership. Our approach is hands-on, pragmatic, and centred on continuity, protecting what has been built while supporting the next phase of growth.
Fenira is not a private equity fund and does not pursue short-term exits. We invest with a long-term mindset, partnering with existing management teams or supporting structured transitions where required.
We focus on well-run UK businesses with strong fundamentals, recurring or repeat revenues, and resilient cash flows.

We are interested in established UK businesses that have been built carefully over time and are now at a natural point of transition.
Many of the founders we speak to are not simply looking to sell, but are thinking about what happens next for their people, their customers, and the business they have spent years building.
We focus on businesses with a proven trading history, dependable revenues, and sensible profitability businesses that work because they are well run and respected in their market.
We are sector-agnostic, but we are naturally drawn to operational, service-led and asset-backed businesses where experience, relationships and stewardship matter to long-term success.
Following an acquisition, our role is to be a stable and responsible owner. We work alongside existing management teams where they wish to remain involved, or support structured transitions where a step-back or change in leadership is planned. Our priority is to protect what has been built while supporting the next chapter of the business.
